My wife and I had been wanting to send a flower arrangement to her stepmom that would express the love and appreciation we have for her. Having had underwhelming experiences with a few national “800” flower services, for several years now, in the states we just look for the local florist and place our orders directly. We did the same for this arrangement and can sum up the experience with the name of the arrangement we selected, “OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!” ... The experience started with a call to the shop early this morning. I was greeted with a pleasant-sounding young lady by the name of Ms. Mia. I explained that I found the shop’s site on-line and that I would be ordering state-side. She assured me that I had the correct site, I could pay on-line, and proceeded to describe the assortment of flowers they had available for a Designer’s Choice bouquet. I told her my name and advised to be on the lookout for the order. My wife then proceeded to place the order very quickly and without issue as their website is designed very user-friendly and even has little friendly reminders to add your name to your message so that the recipient knows who’s sending thee arrangement. Once the order was complete and we received the confirmation screen, I contacted the shop again. Another pleasant-sounding young lady, Ms. Beatrice, answered. When I stated I just placed the order, she noted it may take a minute to transmit, but that she will be sure to take good care of our order. I asked if she could send a picture of the finished product which she said she’d be more than happy to do so. As soon as I hung up, I got the confirmation e-mail and transaction receipt e-mail. A couple of hours later I get the text with the image of the finished product… OMG!!.. ARTWORK IN A VASE is the best way to describe it! And, again, like the name on the site stated, “OUT OF THIS WORLD”! Soon after that, my wife received a call from her stepmom, almost overwhelmed by the beauty and the grandeur of the arrangement.
